Altus Annual Trust Dinner 2026

On Tuesday 7 July, Kingsway Park High School hosted the annual Altus Trust Dinner, a wonderful evening celebrating the dedication and commitment of our governance community across Altus Education Partnership.

Our annual governance celebration brought together Trustees, Chairs, Local Governing Body members, Senior Leaders and Headteachers from across all Altus academies to recognise the vital role that governance plays in delivering the very best outcomes for our pupils and students.

Caldershaw Primary School's choir warmly welcomed guests to the event, providing a wonderful start to the evening.

This year's event featured an insightful presentation and engaging discussion led by Laura Williams from the Confederation of School Trusts (CST), exploring what effective governance looks like in today's educational landscape. The session provided valuable opportunities for reflection, collaboration and the sharing of best practice.

Much thanks goes to Kingsway Park High School's Catering Manager Jill and her team for a delicious meal enjoyed by all, which was paired with a wonderful interlude by Kingsway Park High School student Archie, singing 'Somewhere Only We Know' by Keane, to polish off the evening.
