Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Altus Education Partnership

Altus Education Partnership is a leading multi-academy trust based in the heart of Rochdale, committed to excellence in education.

The Trust is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive team as we anticipate a period of rapid expansion.

As the COO, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, organisational development, and supporting the Trust's mission to provide high-quality education for our learners and local communities.

Main Purpose: The COO will support the CEO in the strategic development and operation of the trust. They will lead non-academic operations, deputise for the CEO if required, and uphold, promote, and model the vision and values of the trust.
