Kingsway Park High School was established in 2010 and joined the Altus Education Partnership in February 2022. We are now a very popular oversubscribed school (1350 students in years 7-11 and 190 staff) located in central Rochdale. We are very proud of the high-quality facilities, resources, and environment that we provide for both staff and students.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic teacher of art to join our thriving and successful department. The successful candidate will join a department with a historical track record of outstanding teaching and learning, collaborative planning and a strong team working ethos. You will be teaching both KS3 and KS4 curriculums with full support from the head of department and lead practitioners. As a faculty we also offer a variety of extra-curricular activities for students and we would like the successful candidate to be fully involved, bringing their own practice as a specialism. The creative faculty actively engages with school productions and showcases and would like the successful candidate to involve themselves alongside department staff.
