Director of Governance and Compliance

Emily has worked in governance for over 10 years, working throughout Education, including HE and FE, and Adult Social Care sectors. She is adept at building quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders and her knowledge of working within statutory frameworks and project timescales ensures that the outcomes are secured and organisational compliance are assured. Emily believes effective governance in schools makes a huge difference to the life chances of children and young people. Emily supports the Trust Board and Governors as clerk and advises the boards as necessary to ensure compliance and to develop board engagement and overall effectiveness.
