HR Officer
Fatima is a HR Professional with experience of working within the private and public sector working for organisations from 500 staff to 6000 staff. She holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and is Level 7 CIPD Qualified. Fatima acquires experience in several aspects of Human Resources including: employee relations, recruitment, training and HR operational administration. Fatima’s role is to provide a high quality and efficient HR service for the Trust.
Fatima enjoys the variety and the exposure of working within HR and enjoys being involved in all levels of an organisation top to bottom. She particularly enjoys building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and prides herself on being very much a peoples person which she feels is an essential requirement of HR. “People are the most important and valuable part of an organisation and HR plays a significant role in developing a positive culture”.
